Where do you work, Steve?
I'm a Manager on the User Experience Design team at Cardinal Health in Dublin, Ohio.

This role gives me the opportunity to lead the user experience efforts for the Enterprise Digital Marketing team. This includes developing and presenting sitemaps, user flows, wireframes and visual designs for our international and U.S. websites. My team and I make improvements in the overall user experience of by conducting usability studies with current and potential customers, helping to feed the iterative development process. I also work closely with our internal business groups to make user experience improvements in our customer facing ordering platforms and mobile applications.
